Section 18 Care Orders – Hearing Dates vacated

All applications for Section 18 Care Order allocated hearing dates listed between 11th January, 2021 and 26th February, 2021 (inclusive) are hereby vacated and will be listed for mention on Tuesday 2nd March, 2021 for a remote call over when new hearing dates will be allocated.

Practice Direction DC 14 Uncontested Extension of Interim Care Orders

Adjournment of Other Applications

In all matters where all parties agree to an adjournment the Court will accept notification to the Court by email at court20@courts.ie with adjourned date to be allocated by the office and notified to the parties.

For all cases that require hearing, parties and practitioners are required to keep persons in attendance to the minimum and only those who have business in the Court should attend the venue at the time allocated.

Parties and practitioners are reminded to maintain proper social distance at all times, to observe hand hygiene and to wear a face covering in accordance with the Statement of the Chief Justice and Presidents of All Courts 5th October 2020.

Practitioners are requested to deal with matters as much as possible at the Remote Call Over each Monday morning.
These procedures will be reviewed regularly in accordance with the directions of Government and public health advice.
